The most logical first step would be to study the personality of the owner, so let's figure out how to obtain information about him and his property if we only know the name or address of the object.

Resources for finding information

Resources for finding information

Information about the property owner is open, so you can easily find the required data. There are plenty of ways to do this:

  • Contact a notary. The specifics of the profession give such experts access to registries. They will be happy to provide you with a service if it concerns confirming data for real estate purchases. But you don't need to spend money on a notary because there are less costly ways to get to the truth.
  • Come to the BTI or the housing maintenance office to request an extract. This option is also associated with buying and selling and unnecessary expenses. But this time it's not so much about money as it is about time.
  • request a reference from the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate. In addition to information about the owner, there are also many other useful data stored here;
  • download the application DRRP this is the first real estate registry in Ukraine on a smartphone. To find data, simply tap the desired location a few times with your finger.
  • Register on the portal "Action" - this innovative service offers countless possibilities. It is simple and intuitive to use, so we recommend choosing it.

Let's look at the most convenient resources and figure out how to use them.

DRRP vs "Action": searching for information about the real estate owner

DRRP vs Action

You can get an extract from the State Register using the DRRP in several ways. You can choose the path of searching for the owner by his identification data (full name or TIN) or by the property itself. Choose the option for which you have enough introductory information. If you know the name and want to verify whether the person is actually the owner of a particular property or just pretending to be one, follow these steps:

  • Go to the menu and find the option "make an online request";
  • Choose the type of request - by identification data or by the data of the object itself;
  • Enter the name of the prospective owner of the apartment;
  • As a result, you will receive separate extracts on each real estate property owned by the person you are interested in.
  • For a detailed study of them, it is worth clicking on the button "full information about the subject";
  • To view the data, you will need to pay 50-60 hryvnias for each separate item.

The main advantage of "Dії" over the DRPP is that here you can find information about the owner and their real estate by address. So, even if you have no idea about the owner's identity, if you simply liked a certain property from the query "buy an apartment in Kiev" and you want to know all the details, just enter the name of the street, house, and apartment number. So, let's go to "Dіya":"
