Which office does a company that offers offices to others choose? Of course, the best. But we are not talking about luxury and feigned pathos, but about functionality and employee comfort. The LUN workspace is located in the “Sonyachna Brama” residential complex, which is on Yulia Zdanovskaya Street, 71 (formerly Lomonosova). The Exhibition Center metro station and the E95 highway are a 10-minute walk from here, so no one has any problems getting to work. Within walking distance you can find dozens of cafes, several supermarkets and even the Sport Life Teremki fitness club, so during the lunch break employees have time not only to have a snack, but also to burn extra calories. Another notable neighbor of LUN is the building of KNU named after. T. G. Shevchenko. The view opens directly from the office windows. Many current employees of the company are graduates or students of the university, so their alma mater does not allow them to forget about themselves.
The two-level, 700 m² space is open from 8:30 a.m. to... There are no specific closing times, as flexible scheduling allows employees to attend their workplace at a time that suits them most. Components of the LUN company
First of all, LUN are three graduates of the Faculty of Cybernetics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, who wanted to do something useful and make the life easier for all those who spend more time looking for real estate than they spend in it. Today the company has significantly expanded its capabilities and, for greater convenience, has divided them into several independent platforms:

- LUN Misto is a public organization whose mission is to promote the development and restoration of Ukrainian cities, their improvement in accordance with the needs of Ukrainians;< /li>
- Rieltor.ua is an information portal that contains the best advertisements for the sale and rental of real estate. He serves as a link between realtors and clients;
- Bird is an application for the iOS operating system aimed at fast and convenient search for housing for rent in Kyiv. A new product from LUN appeared on the virtual retail shelf in the App Store in December 2018;
- Dobovo is a service for booking real estate in different cities for temporary residence. The rental period can vary from one day to several months. Such services are especially relevant for those who go on a trip or business trip;
- Korter is a platform for optimizing processes in the real estate market. It manages websites and mobile applications to simplify the process of searching for available properties from developers. The platform already covers 9 countries: Ukraine, UAE, UK, Georgia, Romania, Moldova, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan;
- RED is an organization that unites professionals interested in the development of the Ukrainian real estate market. Participants share their cases and skills at regular events.

Internal organization of PWUD
We don’t see the point in describing a complex internal hierarchy, since each company consists of an integrity of disparate professions aimed at promotion, creating an image and platforms for its broadcast, maintaining feedback with clients, monitoring the quality of interaction, and much more. Each individual contributes and is valued just as much as anyone else. In order not to forget anyone and thereby not offend, we decided not to dwell on the analysis of specific departments, but to cover the global policy of the company and the principles of organizing its work. The internal culture of PWUD consists of a number of unwritten rules:
